About the Role :
Decagon is looking to hire a Chief of Staff to partner directly with our Co-Founders and drive strategic initiatives across the company. In this role, you will act as a force multiplier, ensuring alignment, execution, and operational excellence as we continue to scale. You'll work cross-functionally to solve high-priority problems, streamline decision-making, and help the company maintain its ferocious pace and high bar for performance.
