Decagon is looking for a Special Projects Lead to tackle high-impact strategic initiatives that will shape our growth and expansion. In this role, you’ll work closely with leadership across functions to assess new market opportunities, determine when and where to expand our presence, and refine our approach to key industry verticals.
You’ll drive complex, cross-functional projects—from research and analysis to execution—helping position Decagon for long-term success. You May Be a Good Fit If You
- Have 4 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, investing, or a strategic role at a high-growth startup
- Are comfortable owning projects end-to-end, from identifying the problem to implementing scalable solutions
- Are an excellent communicator who can partner with cross-functional teams and influence senior decision-makers
- Have strong analytical skills and market/product intuition
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy wearing multiple hats to solve ambiguous challenges
- Have experience scaling an early stage startup
- Have a track record of tackling large, loosely-defined problems through a combination of research, creativity, and intuition

Salary : $170,000 - $220,000
