  • Follow standard operating procedures as well as health and safety guidelines.

3. Embroidery Machine Maintenance

  • Perform regular machine maintenance tasks such as tension adjustments, needle & small parts replacement, cleaning, and oiling per machine maintenance guidelines.
  • Document recurring machine fail/error codes and issues.
  • Submit requests for machine servicing once annually and as needed for more extensive repairs.

  • Order & stock threads, stabilizers, fabrics and other materials needed for embroidery. Assist with inventory management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized department as you will be working on multiple projects at one time.
  • Ensure all embroidery work is completed within given deadlines.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Upkeep our extensive database that catalogs all client files with very specific details that allow for quick repetition when client wishes to place a repeat order or match details of a previous order to a new one. When documented appropriately, anyone can fill in and know exactly how and what was used to complete the job.
