The Administrative Assistant is responsible to provide administrative support to the Executive team. Also primary Admin responsible for Meditrack and Policy Manager systems.

Standard Work Schedule. Must be able to work flexible hours as needed.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education

Associates degree in business, healthcare or related field preferred.

Experience
-
Experience in project management, accounting, finance, and/or Admin preferred. Minimum of 2 years related experience required.

Computer Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, email and basic computer skills for other software used throughout the hospital for your area of responsibility.

Must have organizational and time management skills. You must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize in a fast-paced environment.
