Primarily responsible for the evaluation, treatment, and proper documentation of all patient activities in acute care and outpatient setting. May supervise COTA.
May work 8- to 10-hour days between the hours of 7 : 30 am to 6 : 00 pm. Mon-Thur; 8 : 00a-4 : 30p on Fridays.
Education
Minimum of Bachelor's degree from a college or university with an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
New grads welcome.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, email and basic computer skills for other software used throughout the hospital for your area of responsibility.
Current State of Indiana license in Occupational Therapy required. BLS certification also required.
Eighteen (18) hours of continuing competency are required for each license renewal period. This position requires frequent standing, walking, use of hands and fingers, crawling, squatting, bending, kneeling, lifting and carrying 0-50 lbs and pushing and pulling 0-25 lbs.
