Decatur Manor, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility (SMHRF) in Decatur, IL, has an immediate opening for Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHP) (Master's Degree required) . This is a Full-Time position and is for First and Third Shift Overnights. Master's Degree required. $25-29 per hour depending on Benefits Selected.

Responsibilities of the Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP):
- Conduct intake interviews
- Collaborate with clinical team in development and implementation of a service/treatment plan
- May lead consumers in recreational, educational, and/or treatment activities
- Maintain all consumer documentation
- Manage a caseload of up to 30 cases
- Attend clinical team meetings as required

Requirements:
of the Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP):
- Master’s level degree in human services related major
- Employment experience in the field of mental health
- Experience in a Long-Term Care facility preferred
- On-Call about once every 8 weeks.
