Lab Tech for Mac & Windows computer & eventually mobile devices
Require assistance for manual testing software and script updates while developing automated testing
Must have experience w / Mac, Windows, Mobile Device Management software, iOS & Android, ability to work on different types of devices (desk top, lap top, mobile, tablet, etc.)
Will be responsible for maintaining a physical device lab with laptops / desktops, KVM switch, & long term mobile devices. Responsible for the entire lifecycle of devices from onboarding, maintenance, decommissioning, & troubleshooting.
Mac OS / Windows Troubleshooting, very familiar with troubleshooting for hardware / software for laptops / desktops / mobile devices
Familiarity with command line interface or CLI, scripting a plus
Familiarity with KVM over IP switches is a plus
Worked in a production environment / data center to ensure uptime
Previous lab experience a plus
Experience with monitoring tools such as Aternity, MDM’s with JAMF / SCCM / Intune to ensure laptop / desktop device uptime or alerted from issues
Understanding of patch cabling / basic networking
Attention to detail on security / best practices for both software, hardware, physical lab space / data center environment. Will play a key role in defining new processes as the lab evolves and scales.

SCCM / Intune for Windows, JAMF for Macs, & Aternity across both types of machines
