What will you be doing?
As Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Decentralized Masters, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring long-term financial sustainability as we scale globally. Reporting to the CEO, you will be part of the leadership team driving operational excellence and our ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Financial Leadership :
Develop and oversee financial strategies aligned with company growth objectives
Direct the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and shareholder reports
Manage cash flow and liquidity to support operations and growth
Supervise finance personnel, including accountants
Provide reliable financial forecasts and reports to the executive team
Requirements
What will you bring?
Minimum 5 years in financial management roles; startup experience preferred
BSc / BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MSc / MBA preferred)
