Position Description
Our Client is revolutionizing workforce management with WorkForce Software. We're a passionate team dedicated to helping our business streamline operations and empower our employees. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding our employees and business customers through the entire implementation lifecycle of our timekeeping software - WorkForce Software. This includes understanding their unique business needs, gathering requirements needed for solution design, providing training and support, assisting in end-user testing, and ensuring a smooth and successful go-live. Skills Required
- Client Consultation: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client's existing timekeeping processes, pain points, and requirements. Provide expert advice and recommendations on best practices for timekeeping and workforce management. Identify workflows and integrations as needed. Ensure data accuracy and integrity during the implementation process.
- Training and Support: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for client administrators and end-users. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during and after implementation. Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials.
- Project Management: Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time. Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams, such as Labor Affairs, Manufacturing, Manufacturing Finance, Human Resources, Global Data Insights and Analytics, to ensure client success.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date on the latest timekeeping trends and technologies. Identify opportunities to improve our implementation processes and methodologies. Contribute to the identification of new features and enhancements to our timekeeping software.
Skills Preferred
- Strong understanding of timekeeping principles, pay rules, and labor laws.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly.
Experience Required
- 10 years of experience implementing WorkForce Software.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
Education Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
