We are looking for a driven and capable Business Development Specialist to support us with identifying and pursuing new clients and penetrating new markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct in-depth research of market opportunities in the US and MENA regions.
  • Review of Mission Critical related organizations and periodicals.
  • Analyze and prioritize existing and possible business opportunities.
  • Research conferences and trade shows within the industry and identify connection opportunities, speaking possibilities, etc.
  • Research and acquire appropriate resources to assist with the identification of new opportunities.
  • Analyze the market to identify client needs, competitor activity, and promising channels.
  • Work with Decima leadership to evaluate and reform business strategies based on current market trends.
  • Assist in the development of company marketing plans and goals and support in developing a strategy for client contacts regarding new opportunities.
  • Work with the digital marketing team to strategize and tackle new opportunities via social media tools.
  • Coordinate and assist with proposals and quotations.
  • Perform cold calling to reach new potential clients.
  • Prepare business development material for the Decima management (presentations, brochures, etc.).
  • Compile detailed reports on opportunities, successes, and strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Required
    • Minimum 5 years of business development experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent.
    • Extensive experience in internet research.
    • Understanding of contemporary market trends.
    • Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate with any audience clearly and accurately.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Preferred
    • Experience in Construction Industry.
    • Experience in the MENA market.
    • LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience.
    • Salesforce experience.
