We are looking for a driven and capable Project Engineer to support us on projects for one of the top technology clients in the world. This is a client-facing role that requires strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, ability to self-direct, and client representation. Must be able to manage multiple projects concurrently and across multiple regions.

You will perform a wide variety of administrative and staff project support services. You will be accountable for coordination of project deliverables, processing invoices, scheduling meetings, maintaining meeting minutes, and maintain calendars and travel itineraries. You will also assist the team with maintenance of databases and the tracking and preparation of reports, budgets, and financials. Your strong organization skills and ability to communicate with staff at all levels - both orally and in writing will help us meet our client's objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish a strong relationship with the client and communicate with both technical and management-level personnel.
• Facilitate, schedule, and arrange project meetings and maintain accurate meeting minutes and action items.
• Coordinate project deliverables and process invoices
• Manage assigned work from start to close out, covering all aspects related to work delivery in order to ensure that the work is conducted in a timely and effective manner.
• Assist with the preparation of PowerPoint presentations to management on progress, findings, and recommendations.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors to provide assistance and technical support.
• Inform supervisors and subcontractors promptly of any construction schedule changes, and work closely with all stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
• Support overseeing budgetary, scheduling, and project databases, and report regularly to project manager on progress as well as on problems that could significantly affect cost or schedule.
• Assist in forecasting of project costs, revenue, and margin.
• Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of accurate project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, and change orders.
• Submit frequent reports to the client on the project status and potential alterations to the current plan.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
