What You’ll Be Doing :
- Lead & Develop the Quality Team : Manage and mentor the QC Supervisor and Inspectors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Be the ISO Champion : Own and enhance our ISO 9001 quality management system, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Prevent & Solve Quality Issues : Identify potential risks before they become problems, drive root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Audit & Improve Processes : Conduct internal and external quality audits to maintain compliance and ensure best practices.
- Calibration & Compliance : Ensure all measurement instruments and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.
- Set Quality Standards : Develop workmanship standards and ensure adherence across all production teams.
- Track & Report Performance : Establish and communicate meaningful KPIs to drive quality improvement.
- Collaborate Across Teams : Work with production, engineering, and leadership to enhance quality initiatives and meet customer expectations.
