What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the hero! Diagnose and repair CNC machines, milling machines, lathes, lasers, and press brakes to minimize downtime.
- Stay ahead of the game! Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment in top shape.
- Troubleshoot like a pro! Identify and resolve issues in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Read between the lines! Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and fluid-power diagrams.
- Measure twice, fix once! Use precision tools like micrometers, depth gauges, and calipers.
- Work smarter, not harder! Collaborate with the maintenance team to enhance efficiency and safety.
- Be adaptable! Work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks.
Requirements
What We Need From You:
- 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in troubleshooting CNC equipment – this is a must!
- Strong mechanical skills – you love taking things apart and fixing them.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems (advanced knowledge is a plus).
- Computer skills – for troubleshooting and documentation.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and machine documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency.
- Good organizational and communication skills – you keep things running smoothly.
- A solid set of hand tools – be ready to put them to good use!
- Willingness to work overtime or off-shift as needed – we need a team player!
