Decision Lens is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Operations Associate who is looking for a position with an unmatched level of responsibility within a fast growing organization. You will be responsible for managing campaigns, technology, and processes. The primary responsibility of the Marketing Operations Associate is to make all outbound Decision Lens campaigns and activities intelligent, effective, and efficient.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation and customization of the marketing automation system (e.g., Eloqua)
- Manage the integration and interaction between marketing automation and CRM (e.g., Salesforce.com)
- Manage execution of email campaigns, including template design, calls-to-action, and content
- Segment lists based on demographics, behaviors, and interactions
- Measure and report on the results of outbound and sponsored campaigns
- Create and optimize lead nurturing workflows for desired segments
- Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of email campaigns
- Ongoing maintenance and update of the corporate website
- Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
- Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.
- Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing system and team performance.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business related field
- 1-2 years marketing and marketing systems experience
- Experience in email marketing and marketing automation
- Above average working knowledge of Eloqua and Salesforce.com
- High achiever with a track record of success
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great time management and prioritization skills
- Very organized, detail-oriented and persistent
- Data and metrics-driven
- Self-motivated, curious and competitive
- Previous experience in software or SaaS is a big plus
