WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in selling Cloud based data solutions, analytical data warehouses, cloud data migration solutions, analytics / reporting.
- Minimum of 8 years' Sales Pursuit Management experience.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in direct sales with quota of $5M
- Proactive and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of Data Cloud technologies and services.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving monthly and annual sales growth objectives.
- Strong understanding of data strategy, analytics, and the business value of data.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments, particularly with delivery and product teams. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
- Good understanding of cloud data warehousing & analytical platforms in the market
- Thought leader in building next generation data architectures
- Understand challenges in cloud data migration, building analytical data warehouses and AI / ML use cases on the data platform
- Provide advice to clients on platform choices, data models and deployment architectures
- Understanding / awareness in what it takes to design next generation data platforms
