As a bartender at Decision Tactical, you’ll be more than just a bartender—you’ll be a key part of our guest’s experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Take drink orders from customers and deliver them in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive experience.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
- Follow established procedures to maintain smooth operations and comply with safety and hygiene standards.
- Work closely with kitchen and wait staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials and pairings with confidence.
- Address guest concerns or special requests with a positive attitude and ensure their needs are met.
- Punctuality is essential—be on time and prepared for all scheduled shifts.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety, following all protocols for food and alcohol service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a bartender, ideally in a high-energy restaurant or bar setting.
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required certifications (e.g., bartending license, food safety training).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
