Bartender

As a bartender at Decision Tactical, you’ll be more than just a bartender—you’ll be a key part of our guest’s experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Take drink orders from customers and deliver them in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive experience.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
• Follow established procedures to maintain smooth operations and comply with safety and hygiene standards.
• Work closely with kitchen and wait staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials and pairings with confidence.
• Address guest concerns or special requests with a positive attitude and ensure their needs are met.
• Punctuality is essential—be on time and prepared for all scheduled shifts.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety, following all protocols for food and alcohol service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender, ideally in a high-energy restaurant or bar setting.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required certifications (e.g., bartending license, food safety training).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
