Summary
The developer will play a key role on the DL core development team that is working on building our next generation suite of products while maintaining current business critical systems. As a member of our core development team, this person will contribute significantly to implementing various product features using agile methodologies. The developer will also participate to create new applications to expand the company's product portfolio. They will own all aspects of the software development life cycle including testing and deployment. In addition to bringing their experience building in the Microsoft stack, this role will also require learning and implementing solutions using other technologies on an as needed basis.

- Designs and develops applications, components and services following specifications using Visual Studio and other tools.
- Maintains and modifies existing applications with minimal oversight as well as with direction from supervisors.
- Troubleshoot problems with applications and services.
- Maintains and modifies databases as needed using SQL Server Management Studio.
- Conducts debugging and testing of new or modified applications, including web services.
- Participate in application QA and deployment.
- Participates in code review to ensure conformance to internal standards and specifications.
- Writes or revises specifications, program documentation, operating manuals and user guides as needed.
- Stays current with technical training and company standards as required.
- Trains and mentors junior engineers within the organization.

Physical Demands
This is largely a sedentary role; however, building development and on-premises solutions may require physical ability.
Compensation :
Salary of $100,000-110,000 and growth potential within the company.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time remote position. Business hours are Monday-Friday from 7 : 30 am to 4 : 30 pm. PST. Work outside of normal business hours may be required when approved in advance by the supervisor.
Travel
This position will require travel to the main office or any other related meetings.
