Overview
DecisionPoint is seeking an experienced Training Administration Support to join our team on an upcoming project. The successful candidate will work closely with federal staff, providing management, engineering and technical services on matters related to cybersecurity posture, and ensuring that cyberspace controls are implemented according to applicable documentation.
This position is onsite at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA).
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide training to Government personnel to sustain and evolve CPT operations.
- Demonstrate the procedures for primary job functions, provide classroom-style training on technical topics, and individual training on specific topics.
- Conduct training based on topics of certifications, technology, and skills.
- Perform on-the-job (OTJ) training on specific topics as an ongoing effort.
- Document trainings appropriate for type/style of trainings.
- Manage and update training progress on electronic Patriot Excalibur (ePEX).
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in technical training or related filed.
- Strong technical training ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience on current Air Force Defensive Cyber Realization, Integration, and Operational Support (DCRIOS) contract highly desired.
