REMOTE POSITION
The AM/ISR Rep I will focus on identifying and prospecting new leads, managing sales campaigns, and closing new business opportunities for our software products and services. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition through meetings, product demos, pipeline generation, and closing sales. This role requires a proactive, goal-oriented professional who can effectively communicate the value of the company’s solutions to drive sales and contribute to business growth.
This position will report directly to the Vice President/General Manager of Business Development.
Responsibilities:
- Close new business opportunities
- Generate leads through cold calling, email, partnerships, LinkedIn, text, and other proven methods to schedule meetings and demos of Decisiv solutions
- Qualify inbound leads by identifying customer pain points and converting them into sales opportunities
- Collaborate with sales and executive leadership to set and achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly outbound activity goals
- Schedule meetings or calls between prospective clients and sales support teams
- Analyze and report on sales results in collaboration with Sales Operations
- Work with marketing and product teams to develop content and messaging for outbound campaigns
Requirements:
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Representative, or a similar role
- Proficiency in multiple sales techniques, including cold calling
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive) and outbound automation tools (e.g., SalesLoft)
- Strong skills in MS Excel for data analysis
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience positioning process-focused software solutions in a BDR role
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the truck or heavy equipment industries
- Knowledge of maintenance, repair, spare parts, and/or aftermarket services
- Experience in service process management
