We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team at Deck Supply Services. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and repairing various systems and equipment to ensure the smooth operation of our facility. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of our building, machinery, automotive, and related infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on building systems, equipment, and machinery.
- Complete repairs on vehicles such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
- Maintain accurate service records for each vehicle.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical systems.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Keep records of maintenance activities and report issues to supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Order supplies and materials as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical certifications or training is a plus.
- Proven experience in maintenance or mechanical related field.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (as needed).
- Valid driver's license

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
