What are the responsibilities and job description for the Document Clerk position at Decker, Farrell & McCoy, LLP?
We are an accounting firm looking for a Document Clerk to join our team in Camarillo. The position is a full-time position from 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday thru Friday.
The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications. Daily duties will primarily consist of organizing, categorizing and storing documents in a database.
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- 2-5 years of work experience is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and capable of multi-tasking
- Positive, high-energy attitude
- Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set
- Must be a self-starter—able to work effectively, with or without continuous monitoring.
- Must be flexible and adaptable to changing conditions, including work assignments, direction, and priorities.
Compensation:
- Compensation will be at or above the industry standards based on candidate’s experience. Employer offers insurance benefits, paid time off and 401K.
