What You’ll Be Doing
Your mission: Keep our advisors’ schedules packed with qualified appointments while supporting client outreach and marketing efforts. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them take the next step toward A Safer retirement®.
Daily Responsibilities:
· Call and schedule appointments with leads from seminars, events, and other sources.
· Confirm appointments and follow up to ensure high attendance.
· Maintain and update our CRM (Salesforce/Keap) with client and prospect data.
· Track client referrals and provide status updates to the team.
· Manage advisor calendars, rescheduling when necessary.
Weekly Responsibilities:
· Follow up with prospects and respond to inbound marketing inquiries.
· Assist in planning and executing client events, seminars, and workshops.
· Implement and track marketing efforts, including outbound mailers.
· Attend and support client seminars and networking events (evening availability 2-3 times per month).
· Schedule event attendees for follow-up appointments and ensure they keep them.
Monthly & Quarterly Responsibilities:
· Manage RSVPs for upcoming seminars and handle event follow-ups.
· Prepare reports on appointment setting, conversions, and marketing performance.
· Assist in strategizing and optimizing marketing efforts.
· Coordinate event logistics and make sure our seminars and workshops are a success.

What You Bring to the Table
· A knack for building relationships and getting people excited to meet with us.
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
· Confidence in making phone calls and following up persistently but professionally.
· Experience with CRM software (Salesforce or Keap) and Microsoft Office.
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
· A self-starter attitude with problem-solving skills.
What You Need
· 2 years of experience in client relations, appointment setting, or sales.
· Strong customer service orientation and a professional demeanor.
· Willingness to work 2-3 evenings per month at client events.
· Ability to lift 30 lbs and travel when needed
· Public speaking skills are a plus!
