We’re currently looking for a problem solving and multitasking 3rd Shift Night Operations teammate to join our Operations Department. 3rd shift: Rotating nights of 11pm - 7am Sun-Thu and most weekends 11pm - 11am Fri-Sat.
A day in the life of a Decker Night Operations Employee looks like:
- Assisting with all after hours operations of the company by backing up Dispatch, Customer Service, Safety and HR with telephone and computer communications with our Drivers
- Answering phones and responding as required
- Heavy computer work and data entry
- Opportunity for growth into a daytime Operations position for the right person
- Other duties as assigned
Night Operations Must Haves
- Proficient computer and multi-phone skills

- Transportation experience
