The Role
Enterprise Systems Dept. of Deckers Corporation is seeking an Applications Support Engineer - Finance (Oracle EBS) to provide support in Oracle EBS Finance area across modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CE, Collections, iProcurement, Project Costing, SLA, Treasury, EBTax including integrations with other 3rd party applications. It involves working on production support issues daily and resolving them by providing best possible technical solutions. A strong candidate for this role is a person who is motivated & organized to take on every day support issues reported by business team
The engineer in this role will reside within the USA and work on weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM US Pacific Time. Advance notice will be provided if any weekend work is needed during financial close period.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to :
- Provide technical support to Business team.
- Ensure Finance Period activities complete as per agreed timeline.
- Complete root cause analysis and resolve issues reported by user.
- Build good working relationships with IT & business teams.

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
