The Role
UGG is seeking a dynamic and visionary Global Director of PR to lead the brand's global communications
efforts. This role will be responsible for driving brand heat, crafting compelling storytelling, and building
high-impact partnerships that elevate UGG's presence across global markets. As a key leader within the
brand, you will spearhead strategic PR initiatives, manage global talent relationships, and lead
partnership and collaboration efforts that resonate with our target consumer.
This role is critical for driving brand heat and developing and executing PR strategies that elevate
UGG's brand visibility, cultural relevance, and storytelling across fashion, lifestyle, and footwear
industries. The ideal candidate will also spearhead efforts to integrate UGG into key cultural moments
and industries, positioning the brand at the intersection of fashion, sports, music, and the arts.
The Director of PR will identify and cultivate product, purpose and cultural partnerships that embed UGG into pop culture, manage PR agencies globally and regionally, and drive media relations strategies that advance the UGG brand image. This role will also lead global asset creation and coordinate with regional teams to maintain consistency while tailoring strategies for local markets.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to :
- 1. Develop and implement global PR strategies to amplify UGG's brand visibility, securing impactful media coverage across fashion, lifestyle, and entertainment outlets.
- 2. Identify and develop strategic product and entertainment partnerships, placing UGG at the heart of cultural moments within fashion, sports, music, and the arts.
- 3. Develop and execute editorial strategies that showcase UGG's brand storytelling across fashion, sports, music, and the arts, enhancing the brand's cultural relevance
- 4. Oversee global talent partnerships, identifying and cultivating relationships with VIPs,
influencers, brand ambassadors.

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location (or specific non-CA remote location). Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
