Reports to : Director, Product - UGG Footwear, SMU & MFO
Location : Goleta, CA

Assist the SMU product team with a variety of daily administrative functions to ensure smooth operational flow across the category product organization.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to :
Support Director and MFO / SMU Product Line Managers :
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of the season through Flex PLM system entry, global line sheets, and all communication with merchants, development, and design on SMU's.
- Organize and manage master file and tracking of all global SMU's and MFO product
- Maintain sample process & communication between Sales & Product
- Assists in communications regarding drops, adds, line changes, etc., as needed
- Collaborate and communicate with Product Development assuring samples are delivered at requested date
- Manage and track all sample approvals and communicate with merchants regarding execution, timing and delivery
- Collaborate with Development team with organization of warehouse storage, and coordination of samples.
- Manage timing of deliverables on a weekly basis communicating with Global Product Development, Product Team, Design, Global Merchants, Costing and MDM team.

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
