Reports to : Director, Product Development and Product Engineering, FLG
Location : Goleta, CA – Office-Hybrid
The Role
The Sr. Manager of Product Engineering is a team leader with technical competency in footwear creation, last development, fit, and comfort for all genders. The ideal candidate has leadership capabilities, is analytical, and solution driven with the ability to integrate needs from the Brand, Design, Product Development and the global teams. This role will be :
- Leading product engineering team to deliver against global fit, wear testing and comfort optimization initiatives.
- Guiding the product creation process through optimal engineering in tooling review and pattern making while managing fit expectations with the triad.
- Delivering fit and comfort excellence across footwear in all genders, ensuring new product meets the fit and comfort standards of the global brand.
- Spearheading evaluation of consumer fit expectations against industry benchmarks.
- Evolving the UGG footwear product engineering landscape, optimizing the global matrixed resource through global governance of UGG fit, wear and comfort standards and processes.

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
