Responsibilities:
Seeking a candidate who will manage and address customer needs, perform sales calls, secure new business, and grow current accounts consistently and effectively. This position requires having frequent contact with longstanding customers and contractors in person, by phone, and walk-ins. Other duties will include generating sales orders, invoicing sales tickets, and working with others at the location to ensure that customer orders are processed in BisTrack and delivered efficiently.
- Customer Connection: Engage with our valued customers daily, delivering exceptional service, and building lasting relationships.
- Processing Orders: Accurately processing orders to manage the demand of our customers’ needs in our system BisTrack.
- Team Collaboration: Thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere as a vital team player, contributing to the company's overall success.
Qualifications:
Seeking a detail-oriented person that thrives when multi-tasking. The successful person will be motivated, dependable, shows personal initiative, has an aptitude for detail, and will have a positive mind set.
- Previous experience with the ERP system BisTrack is highly desired.
- Previous experience in the building materials sales industry is a plus.
- Previous experience relating to inventory control is a plus and a willingness to get outside the office if physical inventory verification is necessary.
- Being comfortable each day with telephone communication with customers and vendors.
- Exceptional work ethic, excellent communication skills and organizational skills
- Must have reliable transportation.
