What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper / Interior Design Assistant position at Deco Contracts?
Deco Contracts is a design/build company specializing in the commercial and hospitality industry looking for an enthusiastic full time design assistant that will also manage office duties such as bookkeeping, placing orders and a variety of other related administrative/design tasks included but not limited to;
-Organizing and updating project spreadsheets and documents daily and maintaining accurate records.
-Communicating and scheduling with workers on the job site for project needs and deliveries
-Visiting local vendors and job sites as needed for materials and project information
-Providing CAD drawings and renderings as needed for projects including FF&E information and installation notes.
-Selecting and ordering samples, finishes and materials as needed.
Access to software such as CAD, Sketchup, or Revit is necessary
Must have a car and valid driver's license
1-2 years experience is a must.
