Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Regional Director of Court Services for Montgomery, Greene, Warren, and Clinton County to join our team!! The Regional Director of Court Services is responsible for overseeing the coordination and administration of all court-mandated services across multiple substance use disorder (SUD) recovery facilities within a defined geographic region. This role ensures legal compliance, strengthens relationships with court systems and justice partners, and upholds the highest standards of care for justice-involved individuals participating in recovery programs. The Director serves as the primary liaison between the organization, courts, probation/parole agencies, and other stakeholders involved in diversion, alternative sentencing, and reentry programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the strategic direction and daily operations of court-related services across multiple recovery centers.
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with judges, court administrators, attorneys, probation and parole officers, and public defenders.
Ensure court-mandated treatment programs are compliant with all legal and regulatory guidelines.
Oversee intake, assessment, and reporting processes for court-referred clients.
Coordinate timely and accurate submission of progress reports, treatment updates, and court documentation.
Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols to ensure consistent, evidence-based service delivery.
Supervise and support local court liaison officers, case managers, and clinical staff working with the substance use disorder populations.
Track regional performance metrics and outcomes for court-mandated programs.
Collaborate with internal leadership to expand programming and services based on trends and community needs.
Conduct trainings for staff on legal procedures, court etiquette, and documentation requirements.
Represent the organization at regional meetings, court hearings, and public events.
Travel across assigned region to visit courts, partner agencies, and program locations.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Criminal Justice, or a related field (required).
Minimum 5 years of experience in substance use disorder treatment and/or criminal justice systems.
Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a multi-site or regional capacity.
Extensive knowledge of court systems, diversion programs, and community-based treatment models.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel frequently throughout the assigned region.
