About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing primary care to patients of all ages, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, conducting physical exams, and prescribing medications. You will also be responsible for educating patients and their families on disease prevention and management, as well as promoting overall health and wellness. Shift Schedule Mon-Fri 2:00pm-10:00pm
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license
- Master's degree in nursing
- Experience in primary care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in patient education
- Experience in chemotherapy, medical surgical nursing, critical care, pain management, and urgent care
- Experience in patient safety
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive physical exams and medical histories
