About the Role:
As a Maintenance Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance team and ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition. You will be expected to lead by example and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. Your main goal will be to minimize downtime and ensure that all maintenance work is completed in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure that all work is carried out safely and to the highest standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and facility issues
- Experience with maintenance procedures and protocols
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Experience with CMMS software
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance team and ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure that all work is carried out safely and to the highest standards
- Perform routine maintenance tasks as needed
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and facility issues

Skills:
As a Maintenance Lead, you will need to have strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage the maintenance team. You will also need to have a strong understanding of maintenance procedures and protocols, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and facility issues. Additionally, experience with CMMS software and working in a manufacturing or industrial setting would be beneficial. On a daily basis, you will be using these skills to oversee the maintenance team, develop and implement maintenance procedures, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed.
