The Customer Relations Associate will be responsible for communicating with prospective customers on behalf of our clients in the local area. The Customer Relations Associate will provide product and service information, fulfill order requests, resolve emerging delivery or installation problems, and act as a direct liaison between the client and our fulfillment team. The primary objective is to work on behalf of our clients and create superior, beyond satisfactory experiences. As the Customer Relations Associate, you are a vital player in scaling the growth of our client and creating memorable, long-lasting impressions for the customer.

Customer Relations Associate Responsibilities:
- Work with prospective clients daily to provide product and service information, address and resolve concerns, and process order requests and escalations
- Document all customer activities, resolutions, recommendations, and complaints in our CRM software
- Build sustainable relationships and trust amongst customers through open and interactive conversations
- Interpret customer needs utilizing consultative and active listening skills to provide tailored product/service recommendations that best suit their lifestyle
- Manage customer complaints with ease and efficiency, provide practical solutions, and escalate to necessary departments to ensure a prompt resolution
- Meet with Senior Leadership to evaluate progress, set goals, and maintain a high level of performance
- Go the extra mile to engage and support customers.
Customer Relations Associate Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of proven Customer Service, Customer Support, or Sales Experience
- Track record of high-level performance and an intense desire for growth and advancement
- Possess a confident attitude and strong communication and presentation skills
- Empathetic demeanor and passion for working and helping people in an individual or team setting
- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
