Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Fort Worth, TX. The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store, manage inventory, handle customer sales, and ensure smooth functioning of all store operations. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for training and managing warehouse staff, driving sales, and maintaining customer satisfaction while continuing to work towards sales goals set by management. The Branch Manager will work in conjunction with other DCS branches and their teams managing inventory transfers, customer information, and product knowledge. Maintaining a strong understanding of market trends as far as new products, pricing fluctuation, and upcoming projects is key. The role requires someone who is motivated to help continue the growth of the DCS brand, customer base, and product offerings moving forward and is interested in long term growth with the company.

Qualifications:
- Management, Sales, and Customer Service skills
- Inventory Management and Operations experience
- Strong Communication and Leadership skills
- Knowledge of decorative concrete products
- Relationship cultivation with the DCS vendors & manufacturer’s reps
- Team oriented & self-starter
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in polished concrete products, resinous coatings, and surface preparation materials
- Experience in a managerial role a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Forklift experience
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Punctuality, work ethic, integrity
