JOB SUMMARY: The Systems Support Specialist will assist our users with technical support; troubleshooting and analyzing issues and finding solutions to multifamily residential software including but not limited to Yardi 7S, RentCafe, Funnel, various Realpage products, and other systems applications.
Essential Functions:
Ability to communicate professionally by phone, email, chat, and provide excellent customer service
Provides end-user support by responding to questions related to Yardi and Realpage systems and other property management software inquiries via ticketing system, email and/or phone
Ability to manage support ticketing system, assigning and responding to tickets, identifying trends in incoming requests
Capable of identifying repeat requests and perform root cause analysis and recommending solutions to reduce repetitive requests by working with the Training department to recognize key training areas
Identifies and troubleshoots issues with Yardi
Identifies and troubleshoots issues with Realpage
Assist in new systems implementation and rollout
Reviews existing user profiles to determine whether user has appropriate access and permissions for their role
Setting up new user accounts, modifying access, resetting passwords for all systems
Performing periodic system access review
Assist with and perform Yardi and RealPage conversions for new property takeovers
Create FAQs which document historical Yardi and Realpage issues and resolutions
Prepare documentation to support system administrative functions, procedures and processes
Coordinate with third party software consultants related to Yardi and Realpage policies, procedures and new implementations
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required

Intermediate to Advanced user of Yardi Systems including knowledge of Y2Y and ETL
Knowledge of Realpage systems including Knock, Onesite, Active Building etc.
Competency in use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE GUIDELINES - Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying:
2-3 years of admin experience in Yardi Voyager, Yardi RentCafé
1-2 years of Realpage/Onesite experience
1 year of IT help desk experience a plus
REQUIREMENTS
Intermediate to advanced skills in Yardi Systems
Beginner to Intermediate skills in Realpage Systems
Possession of valid driver’s license and up to date vehicle insurance OR reliable transportation
Pass background screening prior to employment
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Remote or normal office setting with possible travel to various properties owned and operated by Decron Properties Corp.
Must be able to follow directions, be innovative and resourceful, provide excellent customer service, always display respect and professionalism.
Must be able to work independently or as part of a team, as needed.
