Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Invoicing Coordinator to join our Project Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing invoicing process, ensuring accurate and timely billing for services rendered. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Generate and send accurate client invoices based on project timelines and milestones
- Review project documentation to ensure billing aligns with contracts and deliverables
- Communicate with internal teams to track progress and verify billable items
- Handle invoice revisions and respond to billing inquiries
- Maintain invoicing records and assist with monthly reporting
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Comfort with numbers and basic accounting practices
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Great communication skills and the ability to work independently
- Previous experience in project coordination or billing support is a bonus
