What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Care Aides and Caregivers position at Dedicated Care In-Home Services, Inc.?
Dedicated Care In-Home Services is seeking quality and qualified Caregivers/Home Care Aides to help provide assistance to the elderly. Including Veteran clients and Private clients.
Position is currently Part Time with permanent hire potential after 90 days.
Must have a good attitude.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be physically able to perform the essential functions of the position and assist with Activities of Daily Living including but limited to; companionship, light meal preparation, light housekeeping, transfer, transportation, Alzheimer's or Dementia Care, toileting, shower or bed bath, standby assist and incontinence care.
Must have a valid California Driver’s License with no serious moving violations; or reliable transportation to and from work.
Must have current TB test
Must have, or willing to obtain, Home Care Aide Number or Per-Id from Guardian/California Department of Social Services. (This is a fee of $35 paid to the state to run your background check, paid during your onboarding process)
Live scan fingerprinting may be required.
Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English.
Must have an operative mobile device with the ability to use applications.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
