Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations in a cross-dock application. These responsibilities include managing our customers’ product, receiving/shipping, daily and weekly reporting of productivity and staffing levels. Your goal will be to increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe work environment while creating a positive and engaging culture.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving and shipping goods efficiently and accurately.
- Develop and implement continuous improvements to optimize warehouse processes, minimize costs, and maximize productivity.
- Lead and motivate a team, providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed, while also developing a strong team culture.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies and oversee operational and personnel activities in the facility to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective services and supplies while managing the site in accordance with the commercial agreement.
- Responsible for the site's profit and loss (P&L), which is directly influenced by customer relationships.
- Prepare and present Monthly/Quarterly Business Review (MBR/QBR) to customer, leveraging strong team collaboration.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (Required)
- 5 years of Warehouse Leadership Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook and Word)
