Position Summary
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM
Job Description: As a Junior Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing Qualified Leads for Dedicated IT. You will enhance 2,000 accounts into Qualified Leads ready for introduction into our sales cycle. Working closely with the Business Development Manager and the SDR team, you will operate in an office setting with a defined quota established each quarter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively gauge a prospect’s needs and validate their contact information.
- Qualify prospects' accounts by gathering necessary data points.
- Represent Dedicated IT and our partners professionally.
- Enhance 2,000 accounts into Qualified Leads.
- Meet daily and quarterly quotas for Qualified Leads.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Outgoing personality with the ability to engage with strangers.
- Excellent listening skills to understand potential clients' needs and pain points.
- Strong communication skills to accurately convey our services.
- Organizational skills to document discovered information.
- Drive to reach the next level within the organization.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Outbound sales calling experience
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Intermediate understanding of sales techniques and metrics.
- Confidence in talking to new people, presenting to groups, and attending networking events.
- Desire to learn different sales training techniques, obtain certifications, and read management-suggested materials.
- Basic working knowledge of Google, LinkedIn, and Microsoft applications (Word/Excel/Outlook).
Performance Metrics:
- Meeting your quota: 2,000 Qualified Leads (Average 4-6 months).
- 20 Qualified Leads daily (Average 60-80 calls).
- Qualify 2,000 Accounts to be considered for promotion.
- Obtain HubSpot Sales Certification.
- Complete additional training such as Predictable Prospecting by Tyler Donovan.
- Maintain a positive attitude, efficiency, and quality in your work.
Requirements for a ‘Qualified Lead’:
- Primary Points: Physicians Count, FTE Count, KDM, KDM Email, KDM Phone Number (Direct/Cell), Main Location Address, Main Location Phone Number, Locations Count, EMR, LinkedIn.
- Secondary Points: Pain Points (e.g., slow service response, constant downtime), Additional LOB Applications (e.g., M365, PACs System), Current IT Model (In House/Outsource/Hybrid), Contract Status, Conference Shows Attending, Next Step, Additional Notes (e.g., KDM loves fishing).
Compensation and Commission:
- $45-55k base salary ($21.64/hr - $26.44/hr)
- $1 per Account for Primary Points.
- $1 per Account for full Secondary Points.
