We're Hiring: Transportation Recruiter (In-Office | $18-22/hr | Hybrid Potential)
Location: Farmington, CT

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team in Farmington, CT. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for a wide range of logistics roles including drivers, dispatchers, warehouse staff, and administrative personnel. The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, and possesses a strong understanding of how to identify, engage, and onboard top talent in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Sourcing, screening, and hiring drivers and operations staff
• Managing job postings across multiple platforms
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
• Maintaining applicant tracking systems and keeping things organized
• Supporting onboarding and new hire paperwork
• Jumping in where needed — because we're a team

What You Must Have:

• Common sense (yes, we’re listing it — it's that important)
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Google drive, job boards, etc.)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently without constant hand-holding
• A pulse on what makes a good transportation hire
• In-office availability (with potential for hybrid after proving yourself)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
