What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Support Analyst position at Dedicated Logistics?
This is a FT position working Monday-Friday from 9pm-6am, but we are flexible in our scheduling, and is eligible for TLI's full benefits package that consists of : Medical, dental, vision and life insurance401(k) with profit sharingFlexible spending accountUnlimited vacationDuties / ResponsibilitiesTroubleshooting and analyzing computer issues of moderate to difficult scope.Providing technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity (i.e. printers, desktops, laptops, monitors, internal and internet applications, computer operating systems, and network connections).Configuring computers (operating system and software).Windows / Android Mobile device configurations.Assisting with daily routine's such as backup tapes and monitoring error logs.Trouble shooting with users over the phone and in person.Providing Basic Network support (DNS, DHCP, TCP / IP)Revising and updating procedures.Special project help as neededBasic Qualifications : 1-2 years of experience with Windows 10 / Windows 11, Outlook, Microsoft Office applications, and Internet Explorer.Effective listening skills.Innovative problem-solving ability.
