Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Implement care plans tailored to each individual's needs and preferences.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients for any side effects or changes in condition.
- Provide direct support to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, fostering a positive environment.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Document daily activities and report any concerns or changes in client behavior to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
