Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Systems Engineer to work for us as our direct, W2 salaried or hourly employee to join our team. You will:
- Expertise in Intune, Configuration Manager/SCCM, AirWatch, Qualys, O365, and Group Policy
- Support the Operations Team by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Contribute to ongoing system maintenance to ensure smooth infrastructure operations
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve problems efficiently
- Enhance system performance and ensure reliability
Required Skills and Experience:
- Must live in greater Columbus, Ohio area
- SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager): 5 years
- Active Directory & Group Policy: 3 years
- AirWatch (Mobile Device Management): 3 years
- Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM): 3 years
- Intune: 1 year
- Experience migrating from Windows 10 to Windows 11
Desired Skills and Experience:
- PowerShell scripting
- ServiceNow experience
- Knowledge of Windows 11 build processes
- Strong troubleshooting abilities
- In-depth computer hardware knowledge (HP, Dell)
