Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Project Manager – Data Reporting to work for us as our direct, W2 salaried or hourly employee to join our team. You will:
- Manage project deliverables for a data reporting system which provides critical data and metric reporting
- Lead the project, which also includes measuring deadlines for inbound data for 8 large managed care providers with 8 distinct systems; identifying which managed care provider is submitting on time and which are not; and measuring county-based data by service provider and health care plans
- Leverage strong project management skills to lead a team of SSRS and SQL developers; data modelers; cloud (AWS and Azure) engineers, and VMware engineers or administrators.
- Leverage knowledge of data analysis, engineering, modeling, reporting, profiling, and mapping to understand project risks and issues.
- Develop project management documentation and perform project tracking using tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Clarity.
- Schedule and lead meetings and take meeting minutes as needed
- Work in a very fast-paced environment with strong leadership and helpful team members.
- Work on site in Columbus, OH
Required Skills and Experience:
- Currently reside in the Columbus or Central OH or surrounding areas.
- 5-7 years as an IT project manager, accountable for scope, schedule, resource, requirement, quality, risk, issue, communication, budget, and financial management.
- Managing data-focused projects which involve database design, data modeling and reporting, integrations, and/or implementations
- Managing teams which include data modelers, SQL and SSRS developers, cloud engineers, and VMware administrators.
- Working in fast-paced environments.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Network engineering or administration (and managing people who perform those responsibilities)
- PMP
- Snowflake for database design
