Your Impact
As an Electronic Warfare Product Manager at Dedrone, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Dedrone's EW products for airspace security. We are seeking an industry expert with a deep understanding of counter unmanned aerial systems (Counter UAS) and a forward-thinking perspective on the evolving landscape of drone technology and security. The ideal candidate has in-depth understanding of Electronic Support (ES) and Electronic Attack (EA), especially systems which disrupt or deny communication and navigation systems. They will have hands-on experience with Counter UAS systems or other relevant EW systems and a proven track record of driving product innovation and development in the defense industry.

- Product Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with Dedrone's vision and market demands. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to drive product innovation and differentiation.
- Technical Leadership : Dedrone's EW systems present particular technical challenges somewhat unique to military and dual-use systems. A strong technical background is desired over more customer-facing qualities in this product leader.
- Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and competitive landscape. Gather insights from customers, stakeholders, and industry experts to inform product roadmap decisions.
- Product Development : Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, project and program management, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive product development initiatives. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Customer Engagement : Engage with customers to understand their pain points, gather feedback, and validate product concepts. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive customer-centric product development.
- Regulatory Compliance : Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and standards related to drone technology and airspace security. Ensure that Dedrone's products comply with relevant regulations and certifications.
