Your Impact
The Sales Development Representative will work directly with Dedrone's US Commercial / SLTT sales team to identify, qualify, and generate new sales opportunities. This role is essential for building the foundation of our sales pipeline and supporting our go-to-market strategy in these sectors. The ideal candidate is an energetic, self-motivated individual passionate about technology and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do :
- Prospecting : Identify, research, and develop a pipeline of potential customers in the US Commercial and SLTT government sectors. Utilize outbound sales techniques, including cold calling, emailing, social media outreach, and networking.
- Lead Qualification : Qualify inbound and outbound leads through initial discovery calls and pre-sales consultations, ensuring alignment with Dedrone's counter-UAS solutions.
- Sales Development : Collaborate closely with the commercial sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies and execute campaigns that drive interest in Dedrone's solutions.
- Pipeline Management : Track and manage leads and prospects in Salesforce, ensuring accurate data entry, timely follow-ups, and adherence to best practices in lead management.
- Market Intelligence : Gather insights from customer interactions to help refine Dedrone's messaging, product positioning, and understanding of customer needs within the Commercial and SLTT markets.
- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to improve and tailor outreach strategies, aligning efforts with Dedrone's go-to-market strategy.
- Reporting : Provide regular updates to the sales team and management on the status of leads, opportunities, and pipeline progression.
