DEEM, LLC is currently seeking experienced Journeyman Pipefitters with a background in refrigeration and supermarket/grocery store installations. We are a leading commercial mechanical and electrical company, specializing in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Refrigeration, Industrial Piping, Building Automation, and Sheet Metal Installation. Headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, we operate throughout the Midwest and Southeastern United States.
Position Summary:
As a Foreman Refrigeration Pipefitter, you will lead and assist in the installation of commercial refrigeration piping systems. Candidates with supermarket and grocery store piping experience are highly preferred. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship, interpreting blueprints, and maintaining safety standards.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; vocational training preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of commercial pipefitting experience.
- At least 2 years of experience working in grocery stores and/or supermarkets (preferred).
- Proficiency in N2 purged brazing techniques.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Experience in commercial carpentry and case fitting (preferred).
- OSHA 10 certification (preferred, but not required).
Additional Requirements:
- Must have a clean driving record and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.

Pay: $26.00 - $43.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
