Service Request Team Member - 3rd Shift

DEEM is currently seeking a 3rd Shift Service Request Team Member. Our ideal candidate will have a strong phone customer service and dispatching experience. The ideal candidate will be flexible and easily able to work within a team, able to work in a fast paced environment and where quality and high achievement levels are important.

3rd Shift:

• Week 1: Monday – Sunday, every other week 9pm to 7:30am
• Week 2: Off

DEEM, LLC is a commercial mechanical and electrical company offering HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Refrigeration, Industrial Piping, Building Automation, and Sheet Metal Installation and services. We are centrally located in Indianapolis, Indiana with satellite offices throughout the Midwest down to the southeastern United States.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Experience in customer service / dispatching desired
• Answer customer and technician calls
• Input / record customer service calls via phone and email
• Responsible for dispatching on call service technicians
• Responsible for entering service work order notes

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft excel
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requirements
• Strong Data Entry Skills

Desired Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relative focus preferred
• Experience in commercial HVAC Billing and Quoting

Work Location: In person

Training will be held at - 650 West Henry Street, Indianapolis, IN 46225. After you have finished training, you can choose to work at the Central Monitor Station or DEEM's corporate office in Fishers, IN - 11201 USA Parkway Indianapolis, IN 46037.
