Deep Blue Sports Entertainment is a pioneering firm dedicated to advancing the business of women's sports.
We are looking for a Senior Account/Project Manager sitting within the firm's Agency Services vertical, who is passionate about helping brands expand their investments by managing projects and activations for brands to engage in the growing world of women's sports.
As Senior Account/Project Manager you will lead as the primary relationship builder between the client and our agency. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with high expectations for themselves who is hungry for the next opportunity to learn and grow. They're also looking for ways to make agency operations stronger and structured, while running projects efficiently. This role demands a unique blend of account management, project management, and a passion for women's sports to help drive measurable results for our clients. You will work across a number of brands and lead a number of projects, spanning from strategy and sponsorship opportunities, to more traditional brand campaigns and activations that position our clients as leaders in the dynamic space of women's sports.
This role will be working out of our NY office two (2) days a week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Responsibilities
- Lead projects as the central point of communication across all internal cross-functional teams to help team members prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
- Support the Business Director with day-to-day brand client relationship management and identify and streamline project workflows.
- Plan, coordinate, manage and facilitate the workflows of multiple projects to ensure completion on time and within budget, across a variety of accounts.
- Develop project timelines based on client milestones and team bandwidth realities, while managing timeline shifts and communicating impact to work streams internally and externally.
- Coordinate project meetings and reviews, ensuring clear next steps for clients and internal teams.
- Co-develop a process to help work get executed at the highest quality standards.
- Manage client expectations and anticipate client needs for short-term and long-term projects.
- Ensure the integration of other departments and resources at necessary milestones during the development process (e.g. production, business & legal affairs, etc).
- Monitor and enforce project constraints (schedule / scope / resources), raising issues to the Business Director and Leadership as needed.
- Co-manage the administrative setup required to establish projects within our systems.
- Maintain upkeep of client or project folders and Slack channels.
- Keep teams highly motivated.
- Keep a pulse on women's sports industry trends and share finding thoughts with internal teams.
- 4 years experience managing projects and/or accounts in an advertising agency; additional experience in sports marketing is a plus.
- Ability to foster trusting relationships with clients and teammates across functions.
- Experience in presenting and owning conversations with clients both directly and as part of an inter-agency environment.
- Resourceful, proactive and buttoned-up management skills; comfortable with delegation.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Effective written, verbal, and visual communion.
- Excellent interpersonal skills that encourage cross-coastal team collaboration, and foster trust with clients and teammates.
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack and Microsoft Office
- Open to travel as necessary

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
