Swimming Pool Technician

Requirements:
- Previous experience in pool maintenance is not required, we will train a motivated individual
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional manner.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Excellent work ethic, honest and reliable, self-motivated
- Speak fluent English and be able to build a good rapport with clients
- A clean criminal record (A background check will be performed)
- Ability to pass a drug test as we are a drug-free workplace
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must enjoy working outdoors in Florida weather

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain pool surfaces, including vacuuming, skimming, and brushing.
- Test water chemistry and adjust chemical levels as needed.
- Ensure proper functioning of pool circulation and filtration systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $700.00 - $850.00 per week
